Summary: | To provide a removal control device and the like, capable of controlling a film removal device so that long-term maintenance of lead sulfate film removal effect is enabled.SOLUTION: A removal control device comprises: a resistance circuit R that has a resistance value capable of measuring variations in an internal resistance value of a lead storage battery in the case of controlling a lead storage battery recovery system S for outputting pulse current having a pulse width with a skin effect to a surface layer part of a lead sulfate film caused on an electrode of the lead storage battery by a sulfation phenomenon to decompose the lead sulfate film and is connected in parallel with the lead storage battery; a battery resistance/temperature measurement unit 12 for measuring the internal resistance value using the resistance circuit R; and a pulse control unit 14 that on the basis of the measured internal resistance value, controls an output mode of the pulse current to the surface layer part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】硫酸鉛皮膜の除去効果を長期に渡って維持することが可能となるように皮膜除去装置を制御することが可能な除去制御装置等を提供する。【解決手段】鉛蓄電池の電極上にサルフェーション現象によって生じた硫酸鉛皮膜の表層部に対して表皮効果を伴うパルス幅のパルス電流を出力し、当該硫酸鉛皮膜を分解する鉛蓄電池回復システムSを制御する場合に、鉛蓄電池の内部抵抗値の変化を計測可能な抵抗値を有し且つ鉛蓄電池に並列に接続された抵抗回路Rと、抵抗回路Rを用いて内部抵抗値を計測するバッテリ抵抗/温度計測部12と、計測された内部抵抗値に基づいて、上記表層部に対するパルス電流の出力態様を制御するパルス制御部14と、を備える。【選択図】 図1 |
