To suppress occurrence of faulty spraying in a configuration to apply a same voltage to a plurality of nozzles located at different positions in a sheet conveyance direction.SOLUTION: When a sheet S is not in a first electrode interval (between a first nozzle 71B and a first counter electrode 73), and the sheet S is not in a second electrode interval (between a second nozzle 72B and a second counter electrode 74), a control unit 100 adjusts a potential difference to a first potential difference. When the sheet S is in the first electrode interval, and the sheet S is not in the second electrode interval, the control unit 100 adjusts the potential difference to a second potential difference larger than the first potential difference. When the sheet S is in the first electrode interval, and the sheet S is in the second electrode interval, the control unit 100 adjusts the potential difference to a third potential difference larger than the second potential difference.
