To provide an attendance situation managing system which grasps a work load on an employee and a situation of a work management, and which enables an accurate execution of teaching for the employee about the work management.SOLUTION: An attendance situation managing system includes: a storage unit that stores a point conversion table which associates an item relating to an application of an overtime work with the number of points; an arithmetic unit that cumulates the number of points to output a cumulated value in accordance with information relating to the application of the overtime work input from a user terminal utilized by a user; and an alert information generation unit which generates alert information representing an alert to the user in accordance with the cumulated value, and which presents the generated information to the user terminal and to a managerial worker terminal utilized by a managerial worker.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】従業員の業務負荷や業務管理の状況を把握し、従業員に対する業務の管理の指導を的確に実施することを可能にする勤怠状況管理システムを提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係る勤怠状況管理システムは、時間外勤務の申請に関する項目と、ポイント数とを関連付けたポイント換算表を記憶する記憶部と、利用者が利用する利用者端末から入力される前記時間外勤務の申請に関する情報に従い、前記ポイント数を積算して積算値を出力する演算部と、前記積算値に従い、前記利用者に対する警告を示す警告情報を生成し前記利用者端末、及び前記利用者を管理する管理職が利用する管理職端末に対し提示する警告情報生成部とを備える。【選択図】図１
