To provide a pigment dispersion liquid used for preparing a UV-curable inkjet ink, which uses a yellow pigment or an orange pigment but yet allows these pigments to be dispersed suitably and stored stably.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a pigment dispersion liquid used for preparing a UV-curable inkjet ink, which comprises a pigment comprising at least either a yellow pigment or an orange pigment, a pigment derivative, an aminated polymer dispersant, and a UV-curable monomer.
