To provide a battery terminal cover capable of locking a main body part to a connection body and locking of a lid part to the main body part with one locking part.SOLUTION: A battery terminal cover 3 comprises: a main body part 10 assembled to a connection body 2 including a battery terminal 60; a lid part 20 that covers a protection target including a battery post 51 and the battery terminal 60; and a hinge part 30 that couples the lid part 20 with the main body part 10 freely rotatably. The main body part 10 has a locking part 11 that locks the main body part 10 to a connection body side locked part 8 of the connection body 2. The lid part 20 has a lid side locked part 45 locked with the main body part 10 at an opening position.
