Summary:To provide a foundation structure of a building capable of reducing the amount of excavated soil, improving workability, and achieving structural rationalization by using both steel frame foundation beams and reinforced concrete foundation beams when a low floor section and a high floor section coexist on a first floor.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a foundation structure of a building that constitutes different floor levels of a low floor part and a high floor part in a first floor part of the building. The low floor part includes a low floor part foundation footing 12 provided at a pile head of a low floor part foundation pile 11 driven into the ground, and a reinforced concrete foundation beam 13 connecting the low floor part foundation footing 12. The high floor part comprises a high floor part foundation footing 22 provided at a pile head of a high floor part foundation pile 21 driven into the ground, and a steel frame foundation beam 23 that connects column bases of the steel frame columns 1 erected at the high floor part foundation footing position. A steel frame foundation beam 23 of the high floor part is connected to the steel frame column 1 erected at the low floor part foundation footing position at the boundary position between the reinforced concrete foundation beam position and the steel frame foundation beam position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】1階部分に低床部と高床部が併存する場合において、鉄骨基礎梁と鉄筋コンクリート基礎梁を併用することによって、掘削土量を削減し、施工性を向上させ、構造的な合理化を図ることができる建築物の基礎構造を提供する。【解決手段】本発明は建築物の1階部分に低床部と高床部の異なる床レベルを構成する建築物の基礎構造であり、低床部は地盤に打設した低床部基礎杭11の杭頭部に設けられた低床部基礎フーチング12と、低床部基礎フーチング12を繋ぐ鉄筋コンクリート基礎梁13とを備える。高床部は、地盤に打設した高床部基礎杭21の杭頭部に設けられた高床部基礎フーチング22と、高床部基礎フーチング位置に立設された鉄骨柱1の柱脚部どうしを繋ぐ鉄骨基礎梁23とを備え、前記鉄筋コンクリート基礎梁位置と前記鉄骨基礎梁位置との境界位置の低床部基礎フーチング位置に立設された鉄骨柱1に高床部の鉄骨基礎梁23が接続される。【選択図】図1
