To provide a work-piece repair method and work-piece repair device that can reduce the work effort of defect repair and stabilize the quality of the repaired work-piece, as well as eliminate waste of resources and costs.SOLUTION: A work-piece repair method of the invention includes the steps of: inspecting the work-piece surface; calculating the amount of repair agent to be filled based on the result of the inspection; filling the defect with the calculated amount of repair agent by a repair robot; and leveling the repair agent filled in the defect by the repair robot. The work-piece repair device of the invention is equipped with an inspection device for inspecting the work-piece surface, a filling quantity calculation unit for calculating the amount of repair agent to be filled based on the results of the inspection by the inspection device, and a repair robot for filling defects with the amount of repair agent calculated by the filling quantity calculation unit and leveling the repair agent.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 欠陥補修の作業労力の削減と補修後のワークの品質の安定化を図ると共に、資源やコストの無駄を排除できるワーク補修方法とワーク補修装置を提供する。【解決手段】 本発明のワーク補修方法は、ワーク表面を検査する工程と、当該検査の結果に基づいて充填する補修剤の量を算出する工程と、算出された量の補修剤を補修ロボットで欠陥に充填する工程と、欠陥に充填された補修剤を補修ロボットで均す工程を含む方法である。本発明のワーク補修装置は、ワーク表面を検査する検査装置と、検査装置での検査の結果に基づいて充填する補修剤の量を算出する充填量算出部と、充填量算出部で算出された量の補修剤を欠陥に充填し、その補修剤を均す補修ロボットを備えたものである。【選択図】図１
