Summary:To provide a heater controller that executes heater control at a temporary frequency before the actual frequency of an AC is specified, the heater controller temporarily determining the temporary frequency based on the time interval of one period of a zero-cross signal prior to energization of a heater, and when the temporary frequency is a low frequency, delaying the on-timing of the heater to prevent a rush current.SOLUTION: A heater controller comprises a power supply switch unit 22a, a switching unit 21a, and a zero-cross detection unit 7, and comprises a temporary frequency determination unit 4a, and a control unit 4c. At the power-on of the power supply switch unit 22a, the control unit 4c controls the switching unit 21a based on the temporary frequency temporarily determined by the temporal frequency determination unit 4a, and when the temporarily determined temporary frequency is a second frequency (50 Hz), performs control to delay the timing when a heater 3 is powered on by the switching unit 21a to reduce the energization time of the heater 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】交流の実際の周波数が特定される以前に仮周波数でヒータ制御を実施するヒータ制御装置において、ヒータの通電に先立ってゼロクロス信号の1周期の時間間隔に基づいて仮周波数を仮決定し、仮周波数が低い周波数である場合に、ヒータのオンタイミングを遅延させて突入電流を抑制することにある。【解決手段】電源スイッチ部22aと、スイッチング部21aと、ゼロクロス検知部7と、を備えるヒータ制御装置であって、仮周波数決定部4aと、制御部4cと、を備え、制御部4cは、電源スイッチ部22aの投入時に、仮周波数決定部4aにより仮決定された仮周波数に基づいてスイッチング部21aを制御し、仮決定された仮周波数が第2周波数(50Hz)である場合に、スイッチング部21aによるヒータ3のオンタイミングを遅延させ、ヒータ3の通電時間が短くなるように制御する。【選択図】図3
