Summary:To control a motor by further accurately estimating temperature of a magnet provided in a rotor core of the motor in comparison with the case where the temperature of the magnet is estimated by using only a value measured at present, when the temperature of the magnet is estimated.SOLUTION: A prediction unit 28a predicts temperature of a magnet 46 provided in a rotor core 44 of a motor 12 by inputting, to a learning model, time series data of an element which influences the temperature of the magnet 46.
