To provide an apparatus for reducing a load in wiring work of a harness on a module of an electronic device.SOLUTION: An incomplete wiring portion extraction unit 130 extracts a portion of a target device where wiring is not completed, on the basis of wiring information data of a data storage device 20. The incomplete wiring portion extraction unit 130 acquires, from the wiring information data, wiring work information including a position of a harness to be wired on the target device, a method of fixing the harness, and a model number of the harness. A wiring acceptance determination unit 160 determines whether or not the position of the harness wired on the target device, the method of fixing the harness, and the model number of the harness are appropriate, on the basis of the wiring information data, video signals of an imaging device which outputs video signals, and a result extracted by the incomplete wiring portion extraction unit 130. An image creation unit 170 creates an image including at least one of the acquired wiring work information and a result determined by the wiring acceptance determination unit 160.
