Summary:To provide means capable of analyzing the cause that the coagulation time of a blood specimen of a subject without using a specimen obtained by mixing the blood specimen of the subject and a normal blood specimen.SOLUTION: Means adds calcium solution to a first sample that passes first stand-by time after mixing a blood specimen of a subject and activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT) measurement reagent to acquire a first parameter about the differentiation of first coagulation time and/or coagulation waveform, adds the calcium solution to a second sample that passes second stand-by time longer than the first stand-by time after mixing the blood specimen of the subject and the APTT measurement reagent to acquire a second parameter about the differentiation of second coagulation time and/or coagulation waveform, and acquires information on the cause that the coagulation time extends on the basis of the first coagulation time and/or the first parameter, and the second coagulation time and/or the second parameter.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 17A 【課題】被検者の血液検体と正常血液検体とを混合した検体を用いずに、被検者の血液検体の凝固時間が延長する原因を解析することを可能にする手段を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】被検者の血液検体と活性化部分トロンボプラスチン時間(APTT)測定試薬とを混合してから第1の待機時間が経過した第1の試料にカルシウム液を添加して、第1の凝固時間及び/又は凝固波形の微分に関する第1のパラメータを取得し、被検者の血液検体とAPTT測定試薬とを混合してから、第1の待機時間より長い第2の待機時間が経過した第2の試料にカルシウム液を添加して、第2の凝固時間及び/又は凝固波形の微分に関する第2のパラメータを取得し、第1の凝固時間及び/又は第1のパラメータと、第2の凝固時間及び/又は第2のパラメータとに基づいて、凝固時間が延長する原因に関する情報を取得することにより、上記の課題を解決する。【選択図】図17A
