To provide nasal cleansing compositions excellent in the cleansing effect of fine particles in nasal cavities, moisturizing properties and liquid draining properties.SOLUTION: Provided is a nasal cleansing composition containing: (a) 0.01 to 5.0 w/v% of chloride salt, sulfate, phosphate, or carbonate of at least one metal selected from the group consisting of sodium and potassium; (b) 0.0001 to 5.0 w/v% of a copolymer having a weight average molecular weight of 50,000 to 1,000,000 and comprising 70 to 90 mol% of 2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine represented by formula (1) and 30 to 10 mol% of butyl methacrylate; (c) 0.0001 to 0.1 w/v% of at least one anti-inflammatory agent selected from the group consisting of allantoin, tranexamic acid, glycyrrhizic acid and salts thereof; and (d) 0.01 to 5.0 w/v% of at least one dihydric to tetrahydric polyhydric alcohol having 2 to 4 carbon atoms.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】鼻腔内微粒子洗浄効果、保湿性及び液切れ性に優れる鼻洗浄組成物を提供すること。【解決手段】（ａ）ナトリウム、及びカリウムからなる群から選択される少なくとも１種の金属の、塩化物塩、硫酸塩、リン酸塩、もしくは炭酸塩を０．０１～５．０ｗ／ｖ％、（ｂ）重量平均分子量が５０，０００～１，０００，０００であり、式（１）で表される２－メタクリロイルオキシエチルホスホリルコリン７０～９０モル％とブチルメタクリレート３０～１０モル％の共重合体を０．０００１～５．０ｗ／ｖ％、（ｃ）アラントイン、トラネキサム酸、グリチルリチン酸及びその塩からなる群から選択される少なくとも１種の抗炎症剤を０．０００１～０．１ｗ／ｖ％、（ｄ）炭素数２～４、かつ２～４価の多価アルコールの少なくとも１種を０．０１～５．０ｗ／ｖ％を含有する鼻洗浄組成物。【選択図】なし
