To provide an information processing device, an information processing method, and an information processing program that can appropriately propose products fit for users' body shape sizes.SOLUTION: In an information processing system in which a plurality of terminal devices and a plurality of information processing devices are communicatively connected by wire or wirelessly via a predetermined communication network, the information processing devices each include a reception unit, an update unit, a modification unit, a transmission unit, and a learning unit. The reception unit receives size information indicating size of a user's body part. The update unit updates user information about the part whose size information has been received based on an amount of change in the size information. The modification unit modifies proposal information about other parts different from the part whose size information has been received when the user information is updated. The transmission unit transmits the proposal information about other parts different from the part whose size information has been received.
