Summary:To make it possible to use sensor information obtained during a manufacturing process to assess the authenticity of a material and authenticate the material without an additional inspection step or the addition of an authentication marker to the material.SOLUTION: There is provided a system that has at least one processor and at least one storage medium. The processor generates a trained categorization model that is trained using measurement values obtained from a plurality of sensors installed on manufacturing equipment for a product using a raw material, and outputs information to be used to assess the authenticity of a raw material, stores the trained categorization model on the storage medium, inputs the measurement values for an unauthenticated raw material into the trained categorization model, and authenticates, if the unauthenticated raw material is assessed as being authentic, the raw material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】追加の検査工程や材料への認証マーカーの添加無しに、製造プロセス中に得られるセンサ情報を用いて材料の真偽を判定し、材料を認証することができる。【解決手段】 一つ以上のプロセッサと、一つ以上の記憶媒体と、を有するシステムであって、前記プロセッサは、原材料を用いた製品の製造設備に設置した複数のセンサから得られる測定値を学習して原材料の真偽の判定に用いる情報を出力する学習済み分類モデルを生成し、当該学習済み分類モデルを前記記憶媒体に記憶し、未認証の原材料における前記測定値を前記学習済み分類モデルに入力し、前記未認証の原材料が真と判定された場合、当該原材料を認証する。【選択図】図1
