A branch part molding surface part 25, which molds the branch part 7, performs press try for the metal plate for press molding by use of a plurality of metal molds 27, 29 that are so located as to become line symmetry in a plan view, and stretch flange molding performance of the metal plate for press molding is evaluated depending on existence or absence of occurrence of cracks in the vertical wall part 5 which is stretch-flange deformed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】ロアアームの分岐部のように複雑な変形状態となっているプレス成形品に対して、ブランク材料の伸びフランジ成形性能の評価を正確に行うことができるプレス成形用金属板の伸びフランジ成形性能試験方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係るプレス成形用金属板の伸びフランジ成形性能試験方法は、平面視で二股に分岐する天板部3と天板部3に連続する縦壁部5からなる分岐部7を有し、プレス成形過程において分岐部7の縦壁部5が伸びフランジ変形するプレス成形品を成形するためのプレス成形用金属板の伸びフランジ成形性能を試験する方法であって、分岐部7を成形する分岐部成形面部25が、平面視で線対称となるように複数配置された金型27、29を用いて、前記プレス成形用金属板に対してプレストライを実施し、前記伸びフランジ変形する縦壁部5における割れの発生の有無によって前記プレス成形用金属板の伸びフランジ成形性能を評価する。【選択図】 図1
