On a lower surface on a front end side of the installation portion 3, a lower surface water cut-off member 23a is disposed on the front end side of the installation portion 3, and a lower surface water cut-off member 23 is disposed on a rear side of the lower surface water cut-off member 23a. The lower surface water cut-off member 23a has convex portions each having a convex shape that becomes thinner toward a distal end in a cross section. The convex portions are continued in a continuous manner in a longitudinal direction of the lower surface water cut-off member 23a. Here, a direction in which the convex portions are continued is referred to as a ridge direction of the convex shape.
