Summary:To provide a railroad vehicle carriage capable of improving steering property in curve segments while maintaining travelling stability in a straight line section.SOLUTION: A railroad vehicle carriage includes: a carriage frame; a first axle box and a second axel box for respectively retaining different axles; a first support device for supporting the first axle box; and a second support device for supporting the second axel box in a position deviated from the first support device in the rail direction of the carriage frame. The first support device and the second support device include: a first elastic body elastically deformed in at least one direction of a vertical direction, a rail direction, and a sleeper direction; a retaining member for retaining the first elastic body; and an interfering member sandwiched between the carriage frame and the retaining member.
