Summary:To provide a technique that can improve workability of maintenance work for a belt and a belt driving mechanism.SOLUTION: A belt driving device comprises a movement mechanism 56 which moves a first rotor 511f among a plurality of rotors, on which an endless belt 50 is stretched, between a contact position that applies tension to the belt 50 and a separated position that reduces tension. In the device, the separated position includes: a first separated position that is parallel to a rotation axis when a direction of the rotation axis of the first rotor 511f is positioned at the contact position; and a second separated position that is inclined with respect to the rotation axis when a direction of the rotation axis is positioned at the contact position.
