Summary: | To provide a solid state battery which has a high capacity maintenance rate and a low battery resistance even when using a solid electrolyte layer including a support medium.SOLUTION: A solid state battery 100 includes a positive electrode layer 16, a solid electrolyte layer, and a negative electrode layer 12 in order. The solid electrolyte layer includes: a first solid electrolyte layer 13 which is arranged adjacent to the positive electrode layer 16 or the negative electrode layer 12; and a second solid electrolyte layer 14 which is arranged adjacent to the first solid electrolyte layer 13. The first solid electrolyte layer 13 includes solid electrolyte, and the second solid electrolyte layer 14 which has a support medium with electron hole and the solid electrolyte. The second solid electrolyte layer is a sheet where the solid electrolyte is arranged on a surface of the support medium and in the electron hole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
