To provide a chair device for bathing helping with a footrest mechanism, capable of reducing discomfort and shyness in development operation of the footrest mechanism, and suppressing a height increase of a seat surface, for enhancing a bathing feeling.SOLUTION: Each of a pair of footrest mechanisms 30 is provided on one/the other of left and right both side parts of a bottom of a seat part 22 of a chair 21 of a chair device 20 for bathing helping, each of the pair of footrest mechanisms 30 has: a stretchable arm 31 stretched in an extension direction directed to a cross direction; and a footrest 40 provided on a front end. The footrest 40 is rotatable between a development position where a foot of a seated person is mounted, and a folded position. In the seat part 22, a storage space 27 is provided for storing the footrest at the folded position 40 when the stretchable arm 31 on each footrest mechanism 30 is in a shrunk state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 【課題】足置き機構付きの入浴介助用椅子装置において、足置き機構の展開操作時の不快感・恥ずかしさを軽減するとともに、着座面が高くなるのを抑えて、入浴感を高める。【解決手段】入浴介助用椅子装置２０の椅子２１の座部２２の底部の左右両側部に、一対の足置き機構３０を設ける。一対の足置き機構３０の各々が、他方の足置き機構から独立して、前後を向く伸び方向へ伸縮される伸縮アーム３１と、その前端部に設けられた足置き４０とを含む。足置き４０は、着座者の足が置かれる展開位置と、畳み位置との間で回転可能である。座部２２の内部には、各足置き機構３０における伸縮アーム３１が収縮状態のときの畳み位置４０の足置きが収容される収容スペース２７が設けられている。【選択図】図６
