Summary:To detect a disconnection in a capacitor of a π-type filter.SOLUTION: A disconnection detection device has a filter circuit and a comparator circuit. The filter circuit includes a first capacitor and suppresses noise in a voltage supplied from a battery to a primary power supply of a vehicle.
