Summary:To provide a technique for easily grasping a transfer situation of information to other members.SOLUTION: A system management apparatus 100 manages a group talk which is performed among a plurality of terminal devices. A storage unit 130 stores a reproduction management information database 134 indicating a reproduction situation of record data recording the group talk for each terminal device relating to the group talk. In response to a reproduction request acquired from a terminal device, a control unit 120 causes terminal devices 200 to reproduce the record data and updates the reproduction management information database 134 in the storage unit 130.
