Summary: | To provide a printer that can early detect printing pitch misalignment that performs printing on a web.SOLUTION: The printer includes: a driving roll that has an encoder provided thereon and transports a web W that is plastic film; and a follower roll that has a rotational sensor, which is a non-contact type and magnetic detection type rotation sensor, provided thereon and guides the web W. Therefore, by assuming printing pitch misalignment based on the rotational condition of the follower roll measured by using the rotational sensor that is a non-contact type and magnetic detection type rotational sensor, the change in the rotational condition of the follower roll can be measured accurately, thereby allowing failure due to printing pitch misalignment to be accurately detected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】ウエブに印刷を行う印刷装置において、印刷ピッチずれを早期に検出可能な印刷装置を提供する。【解決手段】印刷装置は、エンコーダが設置され、プラスチックフィルムであるウエブWを搬送する駆動ロールと、非接触式の磁気検出式回転センサである回転センサが設置され、ウエブWの搬送をガイドする従動ロールと、を備える。したがって、非接触式のセンサである磁気検出式の回転センサを用いて測定される従動ロールの回転状態に基づいて印刷ピッチずれを推定することにより、従動ロールの回転状態の変化を精度よく測定することができるので、印刷ピッチずれによる不具合を精度よく検出することができる。【選択図】図2 |
