Summary:To aim to play a role in carbon neutrality by providing a charging environment by means of a human power capable of responding to a long-term power failure, and simultaneously, by converting a human kinetic energy into an electric energy, in view of the problem in which: in a modern society where electric devices using secondary batteries, such as smartphones, are indispensable in lives, there may be the occurrence of long-term power failure due to a natural disaster, causing the increase of troubles such as not being able to obtain information due to not being able to charge smartphones.SOLUTION: Residents who evacuate to a refuge shelter during a natural disaster often spend their time in a fixed posture, to become tend to lack of exercise. The present invention compensates a lack of exercise and provides a charging environment for smartphones and the like. The present invention provides an environment in which a generator with a low impedance is mounted on a health bike being an exercise equipment for relieving lack of exercise, and the generated output is charged to a large-capacitance capacitor capable of being removed and moved and capable of being quickly charged, to enable long-term charging of a secondary battery used for a smartphone and the like in a short time exercise by using the large-capacitance capacitor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】生活にスマートホン等、二次電池を用いた電気機器が欠かせない現代社会に於いて、自然災害による長時間停電が発生する事があり、スマートホンの充電が行えず情報が得られない等の問題が発生するケースが増えている。本発明は長時間停電に対応出来る人力による充電環境を提供すると同時に人間の運動エネルギーを電気エネルギーに変換する事でカーボンニュートラルの一翼を担う事を目指している。【解決手段】自然災害時に避難所に非難する住民は一定の姿勢で過ごす事も多く、運動不足になりがちである。本発明ではこの運動不足を補いながら且つ、スマートホン等の充電環境を提供するもので、運動不足解消の為の運動器具であるヘルスバイクに低インピーダンスの発電機を装備し、その発電出力を取り外し移動可能で急速充電が可能な大容量キャパシターに充電し、前記大容量キャパシターを介す事で、短時間運動でスマートホン等に用いられる二次電池の長時間充電を可能にする環境を提供する。【選択図】図1
