To provide a coin processor and an electrical apparatus provided with the coin processor that can prevent theft of coins with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A coin processor 100 includes: an enclosure 120 that is provided with a feeding unit 121 into which coins are fed; a storage unit 123 for storing the fed coins; a holder 110 that holds the enclosure 120; and a first fastening unit 130 that fastens the enclosure 120 to the holder 110. The enclosure 120 includes a first housing unit 120a that houses the storage unit 123. The storage unit 123 includes a locking unit 123a that locks the storage unit 123 with the storage unit 123 housed in the first housing unit 120a.
