Summary:To provide a shore-arrival assisting device for smoothly making a vessel shore-arrive by reducing control and processing for operating the vessel by suppressing apparatuses with which the vessel is equipped, and to provide a shore-arrival assisting method and a shore-arrival assisting program therefor.SOLUTION: The shore-arrival assisting device includes: a vessel position acquisition part for acquiring positional information of a vessel based on a satellite positioning system; a posture information acquisition part for acquiring posture information about the vessel based on a gyroscope installed in the vessel; an imaging part for acquiring shore-arrival object information about a shore-arrival object from a sign part by imaging the sign part provided to the shore-arrival object of the vessel; an analysis part for analyzing the positional information, the posture information, and the shore-arrival object information; and a vessel-operation control part for generating vessel-operation information about the vessel by calculating a traveling direction of the vessel, speed, a vessel body posture, and a distance to a wharf-arrival position in regard to the vessel body of the vessel and the shore-arrival object, based on the positional information, the posture information, and the shore-arrival object information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】船舶へ艤装する機器類を抑制して船舶の操船のための制御、処理を軽減して船舶を円滑に着岸させるための支援を行う装置、方法及びそのプログラムを提供する。【解決手段】衛星測位システムに基づいて船舶の位置情報を取得する船舶位置取得部と、船舶に設けられたジャイロスコープに基づいて船舶の姿勢情報を取得する姿勢情報取得部と、船舶の着岸対象に設置された標識部を撮像し標識部から着岸対象の着岸対象情報を取得する撮像部と、位置情報、姿勢情報、着岸対象情報を解析する解析部と、位置情報、姿勢情報、着岸対象情報に基づいて船舶の航行方向、速度、船体姿勢、船舶の船体と着岸対象への着岸までの距離を算出し、船舶の操船情報を生成する操船制御部とを備える。【選択図】図１
