Summary:To provide an apparatus and a method for manufacturing a granulation sintering raw material which can improve productivity of sintered ore and obtain a granulation sintering raw material having improved air permeability.SOLUTION: An apparatus for manufacturing a granulation sintering raw material for granulating a blended raw material for sintering obtained by blending iron ore powder, a carbonaceous material and an auxiliary material and manufacturing a granulation sintering raw material in a process of manufacturing sintered ore includes a granulator for granulating a blended raw material for sintering and obtaining a granulation sintering raw material, and a plurality of nozzles which are provided in the granulator and spray water vapor toward the blended raw material for sintering. The nozzle is arranged so that an independent spray area is 40% or more with respect to the total spray area, when an area of a part not overlapping the spray area of water vapor with the adjacent nozzle on the surface of the blended raw material for sintering is defined as the independent spray area.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】焼結鉱の生産性を向上させることができる、通気性を高めた造粒焼結原料を得るための、造粒焼結原料の製造装置および製造方法を提案する。【解決手段】焼結鉱の製造過程において、鉄鉱石粉、炭材、及び副原料を配合してなる焼結配合原料を造粒して造粒焼結原料を製造する造粒焼結原料の製造装置であって、焼結配合原料を造粒して造粒焼結原料を得る造粒機と、造粒機内に設けられ、焼結配合原料へ向かって水蒸気を吹き付ける複数のノズルと、を備えるものにおいて、ノズルは、焼結配合原料の表面において隣接するノズルとの水蒸気の吹付面積が重ならない部分の面積を独立吹付面積と定義したとき、独立吹付面積が総吹付面積の40%以上となるように配設されている。【選択図】図1
