To provide a composition that contains organic acid, and when filled into a stamp container, offers superior dischargeability from the container and shape retentivity after discharged.SOLUTION: A composition contains the following components (A)-(C): (A) a polysaccharide having a main chain and a side chain in one repeat unit, wherein the number of monosaccharide units constituting a side chain in the repeat unit is 1.3 or more times greater than the number of monosaccharide units constituting the main chain; (B) an organic acid; and (C) a compound wherein some or all hydrogen atoms of a hydroxy group in a polysaccharide or a derivative thereof are substituted with the following substituent (1) and substituent (2). (1) a C12-36 linear or branched alkyl group or alkenyl group, which may have a hydroxy group or to which an ether bond may be inserted, and (2) a C1-5 sulfoalkyl group or a salt thereof, which may have a hydroxy group. The content of the component (A) is less than 1 mass%.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】有機酸を含有し、特にスタンプ型容器に充填して用いた際に、該容器からの吐出性、及び吐出後の保形性に優れる組成物を提供する。【解決手段】下記成分（Ａ）～（Ｃ）：（Ａ）１つの繰り返し単位において主鎖と側鎖とを有する多糖類であって、該繰り返し単位における側鎖を構成する単糖単位数が、主鎖を構成する単糖単位数の１．３倍以上である多糖類（Ｂ）有機酸（Ｃ）多糖類又はその誘導体中のヒドロキシ基の水素原子の一部又は全てが、下記置換基（１）及び置換基（２）で置換された化合物（１）ヒドロキシ基を有していてもよく、エーテル結合が挿入されていてもよい、炭素数１２以上３６以下の、直鎖又は分岐のアルキル基又はアルケニル基（２）ヒドロキシ基を有していてもよい、炭素数１以上５以下のスルホアルキル基又はその塩を含有し、成分（Ａ）の含有量が１質量％未満である組成物。【選択図】なし
