Summary: | To suppress the expansion of a foaming heat insulation board caused by the stagnation of a gas generated from a foaming heat insulation material at combustion between the board and the foaming heat insulation material, and to suppress the occurrence of poor appearance at integral processing with the foaming heat insulation material.SOLUTION: In a surface material for foaming heat insulation board 1 having aluminum foil 2 and a resin film 3 formed at one face side of the aluminum foil, a thickness of the surface material for foaming heat insulation board is equal to or thicker than 25 μm and equal to or thinner than 80 μm, and stick rigidity from the aluminum foil side with the foaming heat insulation material integrated with a surface at a side opposite to the aluminum foil of the resin film as a foaming heat insulation material side is equal to or higher than 6.1 N/Φ1 mm. The surface at the side opposite to the aluminum foil of the resin film constitutes an outermost surface of the surface material for foaming heat insulation board, and a push-in elasticity modulus of the resin film is equal to or higher than 1000 MPa.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】燃焼時に発泡断熱材から発生するガスが発泡断熱材との間に滞留して発泡断熱ボードが膨張すること及び発泡断熱材との一体化加工時における外観不良が発生することを抑制する。【解決手段】アルミニウム箔2と、上記アルミニウム箔の一方の面側に配置された樹脂フィルム3と、を有する発泡断熱ボード用表面材1であって、上記発泡断熱ボード用表面材は、厚さが25μm以上80μm以下であり、上記樹脂フィルムの上記アルミニウム箔とは反対側の表面を発泡断熱材側として上記発泡断熱材と一体化した場合の、上記アルミニウム箔側からの突き刺し強度が6.1N/Φ1mm以上であり、上記樹脂フィルムの上記アルミニウム箔とは反対側の表面が上記発泡断熱ボード用表面材の最表面を構成し、上記樹脂フィルムの押し込み弾性率が1000MPa以上である、発泡断熱ボード用表面材を提供する。【選択図】図1 |
