Summary:To provide a test device for a railway vehicle capable of simulating power supply voltage fluctuation due to disconnection of an overhead wire, switching of DC/AC electrification sections, a light-load regenerative state, etc., and realizing power supply fluctuation of a driving system for the railway vehicle of a test target, in the same environment as an actual vehicle traveling state.SOLUTION: A test device for a railway vehicle comprises one or more combinations of: power supply device for supplying power to test machine controllers for controlling respectively test machines being motors each driven by an inverter; and a controller for the power supply device which controls the power supply device. The one or more combinations are provided in accordance with combinations of the test machine and the test machine controller. The one or more controllers for the power supply device controls a voltage outputted by the power supply device to be a voltage suitable to a power supply pattern of an electric railcar line which supplies the power to the railway vehicle to supply the voltage to the test machine controller, executes simulation according to a condition and a state of the electric railcar line, and performs a test corresponding to a route on which the railway vehicle travels.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】架線離線、直流と交流の電化区間の切替え、軽負荷回生状態などによる電源電圧変動を模擬し、試験対象の鉄道車両用駆動システムの電源変動を、実際の車両走行状態と同じ環境を実現することが可能な鉄道車両用試験装置を提供する。【解決手段】鉄道車両用試験装置として、インバータ駆動される電動機である供試機を制御する供試機制御装置に電源を供給する電源装置と、電源装置を制御する電源装置用制御器とを組み合わせ、当該組み合わせを供試機と供試機制御装置との組み合わせに合わせて1以上備え、1以上の電源装置用制御器は、前記電源装置が出力する電圧を、鉄道車両に電源を供給する電車線の電源パターンに従った電圧に制御して前記供試機制御装置に供給し、電車線の条件および状態に応じた模擬を実行して、鉄道車両が運行する路線に対応する試験を行う。【選択図】図1
