Summary:To provide a structure that can suppress axial deflection of internal components that are arranged between a baseplate and a gear plate.SOLUTION: An energization member 80 is provided with one end part 81, the other end part 82, and an elastically deformable connection part 83 that connects the one end part 81 and the other end part 82. The one end part 81 is formed in a manner that energizes in a lock direction a cam 70 which is engaged from a gear plate 40 side. A cam lever 90 is assembled on the gear plate 40 side of the cam 70, and is formed so as to move each lock gear 61, 62 in a manner releasing a mesh between external teeth 61a, 62a and an internal tooth 41, by using projections 61b, 62b installed on the gear plate 40 side of each lock gear 61, 62 at the time of rotation in the lock releasing direction of the cam 70. Then, the connection part 83, with the one end part 81 engaged with the cam 70, is formed in a manner possessing a first flexure part 84 and a second flexure part 85 which are pressurized by the gear plate 40 and unpressurized by the cam lever 90 and in a manner possessing a third flexure part 86 which is pressurized by the cam lever 90 and unpressurized by the gear plate 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9 【課題】ベースプレート及びギヤプレート間に配設される内部部品の軸方向ズレを抑制可能な構成を提供する。【解決手段】付勢部材80は、一端部81及び他端部82と一端部81及び他端部82を連結する弾性変形可能な連結部83とを有し、一端部81がギヤプレート40側から係合しているカム70をロック方向に付勢するように形成され、カムレバー90は、カム70のギヤプレート40側に組み付けられて、カム70のロック解除方向の回動時に各ロックギヤ61,62のギヤプレート40側に設けられる突起61b,62bを利用して外歯61a,62aと内歯41との噛合を解除するように各ロックギヤ61,62を移動させるように形成される。そして、連結部83は、一端部81がカム70に係合している状態で、ギヤプレート40に押圧されてカムレバー90に押圧されない第1曲げ部84及び第2曲げ部85とカムレバー90に押圧されてギヤプレート40に押圧されない第3曲げ部86とを有するように形成される。【選択図】図9
