To provide the proficiency of a worker in terms of the quality evaluation ability.SOLUTION: A proficiency determination device includes a first acquisition unit, a first analysis unit, a second analysis unit, and a determination unit. The first acquisition unit acquires first time-series data about biological information of a worker in a predetermined period of time. The first analysis unit analyzes the first time-series data and calculates second time-series data on the biological index showing the emotional burden of the worker. The second analysis unit analyzes the second time-series data and calculates the appearance situation of the biological index. The determination unit determines the proficiency of the worker on the basis of the appearance situation of the biological index.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】作業者の品質評価能力に関する熟練度を判定することである。【解決手段】実施形態に係る熟練度判定装置は、第１取得部と、第１解析部と、第２解析部と、判定部とを具備する。第１取得部は、所定期間における作業者の生体情報に関する第１時系列データを取得する。第１解析部は、前記第１時系列データを解析し前記作業者の精神的負荷を示す生理指標に関する第２時系列データを算出する。第２解析部は、前記第２時系列データを解析し前記生理指標の出現状況を算出する。判定部は、前記生理指標の出現状況に基づき前記作業者の熟練度を判定する。【選択図】図１
