RH-L1-Q general formula (1) (wherein, RH represents a hydrophilic group. Q represents a carboxy group, a substituent capable of binding to a biomaterial or a substituent capable of binding to a solid support. L1 is a linking group for linking RH and Q and represents a divalent linking group that is a combination of one or two more of each group of an alkylene group, an alkenylene group, an alkynylene group, a divalent ring group, -O-, >NRa1, >C=O, >S=O, -S(=O)2- and >P(=O)ORa2. Ra1 and Ra2 represent a hydrogen atom or a monovalent substituent. Provided that L1 has at least one group containing a phosphor part as a substituent.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】溶液及びメンブレンの状態において優れた蛍光強度を示す標識生体物質を得ることができる化合物、及び標識生体物質を提供する。【解決手段】下記一般式(I)で表される化合物、これを用いた標識生体物質。RH-L1-Q 一般式(I)式中、RHは、親水性基を示す。Qは、カルボキシ基、生体物質に結合可能な置換基又は固体支持体に結合可能な置換基を示す。L1は、RHとQを結ぶ連結基であって、アルキレン基、アルケニレン基、アルキニレン基、2価の環基、-O-、>NRa1、>C=O、>S=O、-S(=O)2-及び>P(=O)ORa2の各基のうちの1種又は2種以上を組み合わせた2価の連結基を示す。Ra1及びRa2は水素原子又は1価の置換基を示す。ただし、L1は蛍光体部を含む基を置換基として少なくとも1つ有する。【選択図】なし |
