To provide a colored photosensitive resin composition which enables formation of a light-shielding cured product which has high light-shielding property to visible light and has such a pattern shape as to suppress occurrence of a development residue on a polymer substrate, and a method for producing a patterned cured product using the colored photosensitive resin composition.SOLUTION: A colored photosensitive resin composition contains an alkali soluble resin (A), a photopolymerizable monomer (B), a photopolymerization initiator (C), an organic black pigment (D), and a pigment (E) other than the organic black pigment (D), wherein the organic black pigment (D) is a lactam-based pigment, the pigment (E) is composed of a blue pigment (E1) and a pigment (E2) other than the blue pigment (E1), and the pigment (E2) is at least one selected from a yellow pigment (E2a) and a perylene-based pigment (E2b).SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】可視光に対する遮光性が高く且つポリマー基板上でも現像残渣の発生が抑制されたパターン形状を有する遮光性の硬化物を形成することができる着色感光性樹脂組成物と、当該着色感光性樹脂組成物を用いるパターン化された硬化物の製造方法とを提供する。【解決手段】アルカリ可溶性樹脂（Ａ）と光重合性モノマー（Ｂ）と光重合開始剤（Ｃ）と有機黒色顔料（Ｄ）と有機黒色顔料（Ｄ）以外の顔料（Ｅ）とを含む、着色感光性樹脂組成物であって、有機黒色顔料（Ｄ）がラクタム系顔料であり、顔料（Ｅ）が青色顔料（Ｅ１）及び青色顔料（Ｅ１）以外の顔料（Ｅ２）からなり、顔料（Ｅ２）が、黄色顔料（Ｅ２ａ）及びペリレン系顔料（Ｅ２ｂ）から選択される少なくとも一種である着色感光性樹脂組成物を用いる。【選択図】なし
