To enable a power supply fee to be set properly.SOLUTION: An own vehicle comprises an on-vehicle battery and a control device. The control device has a processor and a memory. A vehicle, which is different from the own vehicle, is set as a power receiving vehicle that can receive electric power. The own vehicle enables the on-vehicle battery to be charged with electric power supplied from the outside, and can perform electric power supply that the electric power stored in the on-vehicle battery is supplied to the power receiving vehicle.
