The core back is arranged inside with respect to a magnet in the radial direction and surrounds a central axis. The plurality of teeth extends radially outward from the core back and is circumferentially aligned. In the plurality of coil parts, a conducting wire 44 is arranged in each of the teeth. The crossover is arranged radially inward with respect to the core back and electrically connects between different coil parts. The conducting wire has an extended part 441 that extends from the coil parts radially inward with respect to the core back.
