Summary:To provide a soli-state battery unit capable of easily suppressing the generation of a short circuit.SOLUTION: A soli-state battery unit comprises a lamination structure in which a positive electrode collector layer; a positive electrode layer; an electrolyte layer; a negative electrode layer; and a negative electrode collector layer are laminated in this order. The positive electrode collector layer includes a positive electrode terminal projected to an outer side from the positive electrode layer in view of a lamination direction of the lamination structure. The negative electrode collector layer includes a negative electrode terminal projected to the outer side from the negative electrode layer at a position different from the positive electrode terminal in view of the lamination direction. In view of the lamination direction, the negative electrode collector layer and the negative electrode layer, corresponded to a place to which the positive electrode terminal is projected are concaved to a direction opposite to the projection direction of the positive electrode terminal from a boundary between the positive electrode terminal and the positive electrode collector layer, and/or the positive electrode collector layer and the positive electrode layer, corresponded to a place where the negative electrode terminal is projected are concaved to the direction opposite to the projection direction of the negative electrode terminal from the boundary between the negative electrode terminal and the negative electrode collector layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】短絡の発生を簡易に抑制することのできる固体電池ユニットを提供する。【解決手段】固体電池ユニットは、正極集電体層、正極層、電解質層、負極層、及び負極集電体層がこの順に積層された積層構造体を備える。前記正極集電体層は、前記積層構造体の積層方向に見たときに、前記正極層より外側に突出する正極端子を有する。前記負極集電体層は、前記積層方向に見たときに、前記正極端子とは異なる位置において、前記負極層より外側に突出する負極端子を有する。前記積層方向に見たときに、前記正極端子が突出する箇所に対応する前記負極集電体層及び前記負極層が前記正極端子と前記正極集電体層との境界より前記正極端子の突出方向とは反対方向に窪んでおり、且つ/又は前記負極端子が突出する箇所に対応する前記正極集電体層及び前記正極層が前記負極端子と前記負極集電体層との境界より前記負極端子の突出方向とは反対方向に窪んでいる。【選択図】図3
