Summary:To provide a photothermal conversion analyzer capable of detecting slight chemical change with high sensitivity even when a surface of an opaque sample is uneven.SOLUTION: A photothermal conversion analyzer comprises a first light source unit, a second light source unit, an objective lens, a filter, and a detection unit. The first light source unit emits excitation light for generating a thermal lens to an opaque sample. The second light source unit emits probe light reflected from the opaque sample. The objective lens converges the incident excitation light and probe light toward an analysis area of the opaque sample, and emits reflected light including the probe light reflected by the opaque sample. The filter transmits transmitted light that blocks the excitation light in the reflected light. The detection unit receives the transmitted light, and detects a thermal lens signal of the transmitted light.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】不透明試料の表面に凹凸があっても、わずかな化学変化を高感度に検出することができる光熱変換分析装置が提供される。【解決手段】光熱変換分析装置は、第1光源部と、第2光源部と、対物レンズと、フィルタと、検出部とを備える。前記第1光源部は、不透明試料に熱レンズを発生させるための励起光を出射する。前記第2光源部は、前記不透明試料に対して反射するプローブ光を出射する。前記対物レンズは、入射される前記励起光及び前記プローブ光を前記不透明試料の分析領域に向けて集光し、かつ前記不透明試料に反射した前記プローブ光を含む反射光を出射する。前記フィルタは、前記反射光のうち前記励起光を遮断した透過光を透過させる。前記検出部は、前記透過光を受光して、前記透過光の熱レンズ信号を検出する。【選択図】図1
