Summary:To provide a prediction apparatus, a subjective impression prediction method, and a program which predict subjective impression of a dialogue person.SOLUTION: It is known that even in a non-linguistic activity in a dialogue between persons, movement of a head plays various roles. For example, a speaker expresses head movement when he/she emphasizes speech and confirms reaction of a listener, and a listener expresses its head movement as a sign of reply, feedback, and agreement. Thus, the head movement has a plurality of functions, and sometimes a single head movement simultaneously has a plurality of meanings. In a communication system, a prediction apparatus 3 according to the present invention acquires data relating a head movement of a dialogue person from video data obtained by capturing the dialogue person, detects head movement function relative to data relating to the head movement by using a head movement function detection model, calculates a feature amount of the head movement function based on the detection result, and predicts subjective impression of the dialogue person with respect to the feature amount of the head movement function by using a regression model.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】対話者自身が抱く主観的印象を予測する予測装置、主観的印象予測方法及びプログラムを提供する。【解決手段】人と人との対話中に生じる非言語行動の中でも、頭部運動は様々な役割を担うことが知られている。例えば、話し手は発話の強調や反応確認の際に、また、聞き手は話し手に対する相槌や応答又は同意のサインとして頭部運動を表出する。このように頭部運動には複数の機能があり、1つの頭部運動が同時に複数の意味を持つ場合もある。通信システムにおいて、予測装置3は、対話者が撮影されることで得られた映像データから対話者の頭部運動に関するデータを取得し、頭部運動機能検出モデルを用いて頭部運動に関するデータに対する頭部運動機能を検出し、この検出結果に基づいて頭部運動機能の特徴量を算出し、回帰モデルを用いて頭部運動機能の特徴量に対する対話者の主観的印象を予測する。【選択図】図3
