To provide a nozzle device which is inexpensive and is excellent in the operability, and a fire extinguisher having the nozzle device.SOLUTION: A nozzle device 1 comprises: a water discharge member 10 which ejects water, fire-extinguishing agent and the like; a water supply member 20 which is connected to a hose for supplying the water and fire-extinguishing agent, like a hose of the fire extinguisher; a fixation member 30 for fixing the water discharge member 10 to the water supply member 20; a guide member 40 which covers the water supply member 20; a water discharge angle change member 50 which changes a water discharge angle of the water discharge member 10; a drive member 60 for moving the water discharge angle change member 50 along the water supply member 20; a pin 70 which connects the water discharge angle change member 50 with the drive member 60; and a spring 80.
