Summary:To provide a PC steel stranded wire with an optical fiber capable of precisely measuring strain.SOLUTION: A PC steel stranded wire with an optical fiber includes: a PC steel stranded wire made by twisting a plurality of PC steel wires; and an optical fiber. The optical fiber is fixed, with a resin, to a twist groove which is a groove between two adjacent PC steel wires arranged on the outer surface side of the PC steel stranded wire.
