Summary: | To provide a data processing device, method and program capable of reducing a burden of monitoring manufacturing data by a user.SOLUTION: A data processing device is provided with a visualized data generation part. The visualized data generation part generates visualized data on the basis of an estimation result of manufacturing conditions for a plurality of cause candidates with a product to be an analysis object being in a specific state, and relation data representing a relation between manufacturing conditions for the cause candidates. The relation data includes first relation data being a relation between a plurality of first manufacturing conditions recorded during an analysis, and second relation data being a relation between a plurality of second manufacturing conditions corresponding to the first manufacturing conditions and different from the first manufacturing conditions. The visualized data generation part divides the estimation result of the manufacturing conditions for the plurality of cause candidates into a first group on the basis of the first relation data, also divides the estimation result into a second group on the basis of the second relation data, and generates visualized data on the basis of a change in the relation of the manufacturing conditions between the first group and the second group.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ユーザによる製造データの監視の負担を軽減できるデータ処理装置、方法及びプログラムを提供する。【解決手段】データ処理装置は、可視化データ生成部を備える。可視化データ生成部は、解析の対象となる製品が特定の状態である複数の原因候補の製造条件の推定結果と、原因候補の製造条件の間の関係を表す関係データとに基づいて可視化データを生成する。関係データは、解析のときに記録された複数の第1製造条件の間の関係である第1関係データと、第1製造条件と対応していて第1製造条件と異なる複数の第2製造条件の間の関係である第2関係データとを含む。可視化データ生成部は、複数の原因候補の製造条件の推定結果を、第1関係データに基づいて第1のグループに分割するとともに、第2関係データに基づいて第2のグループに分割し、第1のグループと第2のグループとの間での製造条件の関係の変化に基づいて可視化データを生成する。【選択図】図1 |
