To provide a resource breeding reef advantageous for mass of fishes, and a breeding method.SOLUTION: A breeding reef includes a reef main body unit, an imaging unit, and an attractant member, in which the imaging unit is provided on a surface and/or an upper part of a side wall of the reef main body unit, the upper imaging member is provided on the reef main body unit through an elastic connection member, the attractant member is provided on the reef main body unit, the attractant member is provided in an imaging region of the imaging unit.
