Summary:To provide a method of three-dimensional lamination molding for laminating powder using a binder capable of neglecting powder fluidity which is problematic in a powder use additive manufacturing which is assumed to be sintering.SOLUTION: There is provided a method which is not affected by powder fluidity, the method is configured to: first, inject a binder for one layer, immediately after the injection of the binder, pressure-contact a mass of powder to a binder printing surface, then immerse the powder by a capillary phenomenon followed by wetting of powder and the binder for integrating the powder and the binder. Then, excess and isolated powder is separated, only the powder integrated to the binder is caused to remain, and then, the remaining binder is cured. These steps are repeated for performing three dimensional lamination molding. The acquired lamination molded article (Green) is subjected to defatting and sintering for acquiring a sintered body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】焼結を前提とする粉末利用付加製造の課題である粉体流動を無視できるバインダーを利用して粉末を積層する三次元積層造形の方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明は、粉末流動の影響を受けない方法である。先にバインダーを一層分噴射し、直後に粉末の塊をバインダー印刷面に加圧接触させ、バインダーと粉末の濡れを伴う毛細管現象により浸漬させ一体化させる。次に遊離している余分な粉末を分離させ、バインダーと一体化した粉末だけを残した後に、残留しているバインダーを硬化させる。この工程を繰り返して三次元積層造形を行う。得られた積層造形物(Green)を、脱脂および焼結することで焼結体が得られる。【選択図】図1
