To provide an intake structure that can feed sufficient cooling air into an intercooler.SOLUTION: An intake structure 8a includes: an intercooler 11 disposed horizontally in an upper part of an engine body 12 installed in an engine room 10 of a vehicle 5; a first opening 15 provided at a front face of the vehicle 5; an air guide 16 (duct member) for causing the air taken from the first opening 15 to pass through a first air guide passage 19 and leading the air into the intercooler 11; a second opening 22 installed to the front face of the vehicle 5 and different from the first opening 15; and an intercooler guide 24 (guide member) including at least one slit hole 25 and causing the air taken from the second opening 22 to pass through a second air guide passage 23 and merge with the air flowing through the first air guide passage 19.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】インタークーラに冷却用の十分な空気を送り込むことができる吸気構造を提供する。【解決手段】吸気構造８ａは、車両５のエンジンルーム１０に設置されたエンジン本体１２の上部に水平配置されたインタークーラ１１と、車両５の前面に設けられた第１の開口部１５と、第１の開口部１５から取り入れた空気を、第１の導風路１９を通過させてインタークーラ１１に導くエアガイド１６（ダクト部材）と、車両５の前面に設けられた、第１の開口部１５とは異なる第２の開口部２２と、第２の開口部２２から取り入れて、第２の導風路２３を通過させた空気を、第１の導風路１９を流れる空気に合流させる、少なくとも１つのスリット穴２５を有するインタークーラガイド２４（ガイド部材）と、を備える。【選択図】図１
