Summary:To provide a manufacturing method of a fire grate capable of greatly reducing significant wall thinning due to oxidation and decarburization on both ends of a pipe upon heat-treating a fire grate prototype in which the pipe made of carbon steel is cast in a main body of the fire grate.SOLUTION: First, a fire grate prototype 50 is manufactured in which a pipe 2 made of carbon steel is cast in a fire grate body 1 in such a manner that both ends 2a, 2b of the pipe 2 protrude from the fire grate body 1.
