Summary:To reduce power consumption when an internal combustion engine is automatically stopped.SOLUTION: A control device 23 performs an automatic stop and an automatic restart of an internal combustion engine 10 having a hydraulic control valve, and controls an electricity state to the hydraulic control valve.
