To provide a vehicle approach notification device capable of reducing cases where a warning sound emitted to outside a vehicle becomes a sound louder than expected.SOLUTION: A vehicle approach notification device 10 makes a loudspeaker 30 output a warning sound, thereby making notification about the approach of a vehicle 40.
