【課題】外表面に凹凸形状を有する連続繊維補強材を良好に得ることができる連続繊維補強材の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係る連続繊維補強材の製造方法は、熱硬化性樹脂の硬化物及び補強繊維を含む芯材と、前記芯材の外表面を被覆する被覆層とを備える連続繊維補強材の製造方法であって、前記芯材の外表面上に、熱硬化性樹脂と無機充填材とチクソトロピック剤とを含む被覆材料を配置する配置工程と、前記芯材の外表面上に配置された前記被覆材料を、タックフリー状態となるまで仮硬化させる仮硬化工程と、金型を用いて、仮硬化させた前記被覆材料の外表面に凹凸形状を形成する賦形工程と、凹凸形状が形成された前記被覆材料を、加熱により硬化させる加熱工程とを備える。【選択図】図2 |
