Summary:To provide a novel disintegrator that is effective in improving the disintegratability of a tablet.SOLUTION: A tablet disintegrator contains citrus-derived dietary fiber material as an active ingredient. There is also provided a method for improving the disintegratability of a tablet by adding the tablet disintegrator to a tablet raw material. There is further provided a tablet that contains the tablet disintegrator.
